Do you Ship Internationally ?
At this time we can only ship to the Mainland UK. We could arrange international shipping but the shipping costs would be too high. If you are an international customer or not on mainland UK, please contact us.
Who should I to contact if I have any queries?
You can email us, or you can call us. We are available to take calls, Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. If you call outside these hours we won’t be able to take you call. You can email us 24/7 and we aim to get all emails enquiries answered within 24 hours.
How do I track my order ?
You can track the process or your order by clicking on the track my order in the top left menu at the top of the website. If you don’t get the information you want from tracking it, please contact us.
How can I cancel or change my order ?
Most of our products are made to order. This means if you want to cancel or change your order you’ll need to let us know as soon as possible. Please email or call us if you need to make a change.
How can I return a product
You can return your product within 30 days of purchase, but you will have to pay for the shipping back to us. Our return policy only applied to ‘off the shelf’ or ‘standard’ products. Any products that have been customised for you can only be returned if they are faulty.
How long will it take to get my package ?
Typical delivery times are 7 to 10 days. This is due to the fact that most products are made to order and shipped as soon as they are ready.
